The fitness class schedule is as follows:

Wednesday –      LIIT                                                    Deanne Smith – Instructor
Thursday –           Yoga                                                   Heather Reardigan – Instructor

There are no classes on Friday.

All classes begin at 4:15 pm and are held in Room S302, St. Clare’s.

 

* Boot Camp and Zumba are held at Holy Cross Junior High School Gym and Yoga is held at St. Clare’s, Room S302 on Tuesday and S312 on Friday. All classes begin at 4:15 pm and are for one hour.
